Core Components
Data holds connected records. Apps show selected records, dashboards, reports and forms for a particular task. Changing an underlying record can affect more than one app.
Documents hold supporting files. A document link identifies the record a file explains; it does not by itself extract data or record settlement.
Workflows perform configured processing steps. AI & Agents help with authorized information and configured tasks. MCP lets compatible external AI tools use authorized OpenAdmin data and supported actions. Check the saved result of an operation, not only its completion message.
Investor Portal
The portal is a separate investor-facing experience for selected documents, reports and forms. A contact record does not grant access. Use Portal to inspect displayed assignments and eligible shared documents.
Members & Sharing
Members work inside OpenAdmin under their roles and permissions. Sharing determines the intended audience for documents and experiences. If access needs changing, identify the exact investor, person or document for the authorized administrator. A displayed Entity filter changes the view; it does not grant access.
Available capabilities depend on configuration and access.
